SlimBounding® Class Descriptions

Classes are between 25 and 30 minutes long (including warm-up and cool-down) and are taught at three progressive levels: Gentle Challenge; Optimum Conditioning; Ultimate Challenge. 

You work your whole body throughout the class. Both the arm and leg movements are required for the full sculpting and cardio benefits. At first you may take it slow...and as you the pace that is right for you...the possibility is there for a strong and vigorous workout that will challenge competitive athletes!
